∎ The Assistant Executive, Accounts will be responsible for maintaining the daily financial records of the Bio-xin Cosmeceuticals Branch/ Unit Office/ Head office. This includes recording daily transactions, preparing daily reports, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill voucher for ensuring the accurate accounting transaction both manual and software.
∎ Maintain daily financial records for all transection.
∎ Record daily transactions accurately and promptly using the POS system.
∎ Prepare daily reports, such as daily sales and cash reports, using the POS system.
∎ Process invoices and ensure timely payment of accounts payable.
∎ Manage accounts receivable and follow up with customers for payment.
∎ Reconcile accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
∎ Operate the POS system and ensure it is functioning properly.
∎ Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations and guidelines.
∎ Assist in inventory management and control.
∎ Responsible for generating sales invoice for customer.
∎ Maintain bank & cash book, scroll book, volt management
∎ Record all types of cash, bank transection and deposit of branch.
∎ Provide support to the head office accounts team in financial analysis and decision-making.
∎ Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as required.
∎ Should have experience in Trading organization, Showroom outlet and Branch operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Experience Male & Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to lead and work in a team environment.
∎ Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
