Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of Home Loan.
∎ Maintain strong customer relationship with existing & potential customers and provide good customer service.
∎ Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
∎ Liaise with supervisor/other support departments for processing files and approval. Remain aware of other products and their features.
∎ Manage overdue prudently.
∎ Job Context: The position is responsible for identifying potential clients for Home Loan and achieve sales target by maintaining sound relationship with existing & potential customers.
