∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Dealer Sales, Distribution Sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Sales Marketing, Sales/ Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Cement, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Lamps, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Paint, Salt, Tobacco

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve primary, secondary & collection target
∎ To achieve coverage target
∎ To achieve productivity target
∎ To develop & train the sales force
∎ Distribution management
∎ Credit management
∎ Manage key retailers with direct engagement
∎ To work under sales pressure & in a team
∎ To Maintain detailed knowledge of the company's products or services
∎ To Keep up-to-date of competitors information
∎ To explore new Key Account Outlet (Electrical Outlet)/retailers
∎ To ensure the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of the team member
∎ To explore new markets/uncovered areas.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sales & Marketing Department, Distributor Management, Field Management, Credit Management, Stock Management.
∎ Candidates must have 5 to 6 years practical experience in same industry (lighting business) or FMCG Companies or distribution business.
∎ Well Groomed
∎ Annual Business Plan for the designated area
∎ Should be prepared frequent tour(s) throughout the assigned territory

Salary: Negotiable
