Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or a relevant field from any reputed university.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in C# ASP.NET, MVC, Core, Web Services, RESTful APIs, Oracle, and MSSQL Server.
Exposure to Angular/ReactJS, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS preferred.
Experience in mobile app development (Flutter) will be an advantage.
Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Willingness to work in shift schedules if required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Mutual Trust Bank PLC (MTB) is seeking skilled professionals for its Core Banking Systems team. The incumbent will be responsible for Core Banking Systems (CBS) support, data analysis, and report development, while contributing to full-stack software and API development initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across the Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end CBS application support and software development within set timelines.
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions following SDLC standards.
Develop and maintain software using C# ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, NodeJS, Oracle, MS SQL Server, and REST APIs.
Integrate external software libraries and APIs into existing projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality projects on time.
Maintain comprehensive system and process documentation.
Stay updated on the latest development tools and technologies.
Participate in roster-based (24/7) CBS application monitoring and EOD execution when required.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
