Job Responsibilities:
∎ Looking for new site to develop business.
∎ Requires adequate knowledge in costing of Area of a Site
∎ Serves as a lead facilitator both internally and externally for new site procurement.
∎ Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
∎ Market analysis and deliver accurate new site reports
∎ Will be responsible for checking of drafted Agreement & Power of Attorney, other document as per company requirement etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have 3 to 4 year(s) working experience in the following area(s): Well reputed Real Estate/ Developer.
∎ Adequate knowledge of Area measurement
∎ Excellent negotiation skills
∎ Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Identification of Site owner Needs and Challenges,
∎ Resolving Conflict, Verbal Communication, Stress Management
∎ Knowledge of the region, understanding of laws regarding site and investments
Salary: Negotiable
