Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates should have Diploma /Bachelors/ Masters in Fisheries / Agriculture with minimum 2nd class or equivalent CGPA 2.50 in all academic examinations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist supervisor in preparing the annual production plan, budget and execute it for the common objective
∎ Prepare annual production plan for achieving species-wise and month-wise production targets and synchronize the production plan with market demand
∎ Arrange pond and maintain brood stocking and rearing
∎ Confirm that the hatchery should be disinfected and accomplish material acquisition timely and appropriately
∎ Execute the breeding, feeding and other production processes maintaining Standard Operating Procedure
∎ Update all production registers and other documents and assist supervisor in preparation of reports and other administrative functions
∎ Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in relevant field will be given preference
∎ Knowledge on documentation in register properly as per provided formats
∎ Must have knowledge of MS word, Excel and Internet browsing
∎ Should have communication skill, analytical ability, reporting, staff supervision
∎ Have to work under pressure
