Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have graduation in any discipline or diploma in Agriculture / Forestry with minimum 2nd class or equivalent CGPA from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve targeted production and sales target as per the yearly budget
∎ Ensure physical check of the inventory for the accurate physical balance and minimum damage/loss
∎ Examine plants for diseases, insects, wildlife damage, and weeds to protect the health of the plants
∎ Build a good relationship with the customer to promote sales, organize fair & other promotional activities to achieve sales targets
∎ Confirm the productivity, welfare and administrative function. Monitoring the production process for minimizing the cost
∎ Plan and execute product diversification as per market need
∎ Report timely of routine matters and special issues as and when assigned by the management
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have basic knowledge in horticulture, plant material, care of plant material, disease & pest control management
∎ Have knowledge in sales and marketing, wholesaling and retailing of plants and associated products, Finance and Accounts
∎ Have to be proficient in both written and verbal communications
∎ Have good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and analytical
∎ Have knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel, Internet browsing
∎ Have knowledge of people management, networking
∎ Must have to work under pressure
