Responsibilities & Context:
  •  Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and build a diverse, qualified candidate pipeline for all bank roles.

  • Maintain the entire hiring cycle from requisition to offer, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Assist in refining recruitment processes for efficiency while ensuring all practices adhere to labor laws, banking regulations, and internal policies.

  • To track key performance metrics, analyze recruitment effectiveness, and prepare regular reports for HR and senior management.

  • Assist in designing and implementing employee performance management, development, engagement and improvement initiatives.

  • To enhance employee engagement, retention, and reduce high turnover costs. 

  • Strengthen employer branding through event/campus content calendars, concise social copy/briefs, and review of engagement metrics to refine outreach.

  • Elevate candidate experience through timely, transparent communication at each stage through onboarding hand-off.

  • To assist day-to-day HR initiatives in improving overall HR efficiency.
