Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital payments, fraud risk management, or dispute handling within banking/fintech.

• Strong knowledge of payment schemes, settlement systems, and compliance requirements.

• Proven expertise in chargeback/dispute handling and fraud risk mitigation.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.

• Lead and oversee digital payment-related operations, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability across platforms.

• Manage merchant onboarding processes and maintain close collaboration with aggregators, fintech partners, and stakeholders.

• Conduct merchant visits and continuous monitoring to strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence.

• Develop innovative ideas, frameworks, and service-level documentation for system and process improvements.

• Act as the primary escalation point for dispute management, with proven expertise in handling critical chargebacks and complex dispute cases.

• Ensure full compliance with scheme rules, regulations, and internal policies, particularly for Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions.

• Monitor and analyze transaction flows to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.

• Prepare and present reports, documentation, and insights for senior management and regulators.
