Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital payments, fraud risk management, or dispute handling within banking/fintech.
Strong knowledge of payment schemes, settlement systems, and compliance requirements.
Proven expertise in chargeback/dispute handling and fraud risk mitigation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
Lead and oversee digital payment-related operations, ensuring efficiency, security, and scalability across platforms.
Manage merchant onboarding processes and maintain close collaboration with aggregators, fintech partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct merchant visits and continuous monitoring to strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence.
Develop innovative ideas, frameworks, and service-level documentation for system and process improvements.
Act as the primary escalation point for dispute management, with proven expertise in handling critical chargebacks and complex dispute cases.
Ensure full compliance with scheme rules, regulations, and internal policies, particularly for Card-Not-Present (CNP) transactions.
Monitor and analyze transaction flows to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
Prepare and present reports, documentation, and insights for senior management and regulators.
