Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA in Finance or Accounting from UCG approved university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of work order.
∎ Maintain and prepare daily petty cash statement & voucher.
∎ Disburse advance & other approved cash requisition daily as required of Business.
∎ Preparation and submission VAT return to the authority.
∎ Preparation and submission of tax and VAT challan.
∎ Proper maintenance of financial document's like, invoice, bill, vouchers and related attachment.
∎ Manage Capex and Opex documentation and maintain record.
∎ Reconciliation of Bank statement and system transactions to see any gaps and report.
∎ Prepare, update & reconcile payable statement and payment order.
∎ Recording cheque payment in the cheque register.
∎ Ensure for payment collection from customer and release of money receipt.
∎ Recording revenue and expense transaction in system.
∎ Cheque payment to parties with proper tax and VAT regulation.
∎ Periodical cash withdrawal from bank as required for business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in MS office Package
∎ Experience / Knowledge in ERP application
∎ Partially Completed CA CC
