∎ Post-graduate/master's degree in business/social sciences/economics or any other relevant fields

∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute to the end-to-end development of proposals and other bidding documents, ensuring that each bid is tailored to the specific needs and requirements of potential clients
∎ Review and interpret EOI, RFP, and TOR carefully and work with portfolio teams to develop proposals, maintaining all requirements.
∎ Research and analyze potential clients and markets to identify growth opportunities for the firm
∎ Collaborate with different teams of the organization to develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding the firm's business
∎ Participate in strategy calls to discuss bidding requirements
∎ Update and maintain the company's documents and databases as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 2 years of experience in proposal writing, business development, communications, and communications (freshers with exceptional skills are also encouraged to apply)
∎ Proven experience with International Donor Organizations o Full professional proficiency in English language
∎ Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suit (expertise in Adobe Creative Suite will add value)
∎ Ability to interpret RFPs and protocols
∎ Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Aptitude for fostering collaboration and positive relationships.
