Job Overview

The Assistant/Deputy Manager will be responsible for conducting internal audits within the Textile unit, focusing on seamless & washing processes, payroll auditing, and overall internal control assessment. The role involves analyzing process losses, verifying financial records, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor seamless & washing processes from an audit perspective, including periodic reconciliation and process loss analysis.

• Conduct payroll audits, including knitting, seamless & garments dyeing, and ensure extra OT, off-day allowance, final settlement, complaint salary, monthly production bonus, and inspirational allowance.

• Verify all purchase and service records maintained by the maintenance department, including night bill, conveyance bill, tiffin bill, and lab bill.

• Perform physical verification of materials according to challan while receiving any material on a sample basis.

• Analyze overall internal control, identify weaknesses, and set control points.

• Assign other work as directed by the head of IAD.
