Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and onboard new corporate clients (developers, architects, contractors, institutions) to expand market reach
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with project stakeholders to get Akij Sanitary Ware specified in major residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
Lead negotiations and close deals while maintaining target margins
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to guide product positioning and pricing
Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support
Liaise with dealers and channel partners for corporate/project sales execution
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
Ensure all documentation, pricing approvals, and contracts comply with company policies and governance standards
