Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all kind of local and foreign spare parts and accessories procurement and inventory management.
∎ Calculate monthly spare parts demand.
∎ Submit purchase order to the suppliers.
∎ Prepare budget and plan for procurement activities.
∎ Maintain proper stock level as per company standard.
∎ Analyse competitor situation and set competitive price.
∎ Maintain and control the documents and ensure all documentation as per standard.
∎ Responsible for stock control system, up to date and ensure inventory accuracy.
∎ Prepare monthly report as per requirement.
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years

∎ Getting up to date with job knowledge and idea.
∎ Ability to analyse information and solve the problems.
∎ Ability of time management and having cooperative mind.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
