∎ Renewable Energy Department

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing strong pipeline of quality investment opportunities in the Renewable Energy sector;
∎ Managing credit lines from Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs)/Development Finance Institutions (DFIs);
∎ Conducting financial, economic, legal and technical due diligence of Renewable Energy projects;
∎ Leading negotiation meetings;
∎ Project appraisal including development of financial model of RE projects;
∎ Monitoring implementation as well as operation of RE projects;
∎ Maintaining liaison with relevant stakeholders;
∎ Conducting field visit of project sites;
∎ Generating periodic and other reports;
∎ Performing any other activities related to the RE Project Unit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years of relevant work experiences in corporate/structured finance department of Bank/FIs;
∎ Strong command in developing business strategies, financial, technical analysis and relationship management;
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
∎ Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet analysis.
