∎ Professional designation (ACA/ CPA/ ACCA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the monthly, quarterly and annual book closing activities; and preparing periodical financial statements.
∎ Preparing annual budget, quarterly forecast and variance analysis.
∎ Organizing and preparing monthly group reporting pack.
∎ Monitoring compliance with group financial controls.
∎ Submitting periodical financial statements in group financial consolidation software.
∎ Reviewing the corporate tax and VAT returns.
∎ Coordinating with external auditors and group internal audit team.
∎ Presenting the monthly financial result, budget and variance reports to the management.
∎ Leading and developing the financial reporting team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of Tax, VAT, RJSC, IFRS, US GAAP and Sarbanes - Oxley Act
∎ Business acumen
∎ Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.
∎ Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills.
∎ Collaborates well with colleagues by using adept social skills.
∎ Works independently by using project management skills.
∎ Builds strong working relationships and has exceptional leadership skills.
∎ Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
∎ Fluency in English is mandatory.
∎ Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
