• Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Practical Training & Lab Management

• Hands-on Instruction: Train students practically on the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of refrigerators, split/window ACs, inverter technologies, and water coolers.

• Technical Tool Demonstration: Guide students in using RAC tools safely, including gas charging kits, vacuum pumps, welding/brazing torches, flaring tools, and manifolds.

• Lab Maintenance: Keep the workshop organized, ensure all training equipment is functional, and monitor the stock of consumables like copper pipes and refrigerant gases.

Academic Assistance & Evaluation

• Coaching Support: Assist the Lead Trainer in executing daily lesson plans, preparing training materials, and delivering technical lectures.

• Student Assessment: Evaluate students' practical performance, grade job sheets, and assist in conducting weekly or monthly practical exams.

• Doubt Resolution: Provide one-on-one guidance to students facing difficulties with electrical circuit diagrams or mechanical piping layouts.

Safety & Workshop Administration

• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict workshop safety protocols, ensuring students wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like gloves and safety glasses.

• Documentation: Maintain daily student attendance registers and update the inventory log for tools and machinery.
