Responsibilities & Context:
Translate client requirements and aesthetic visions into functional, build able, and sustainable architectural and structural designs.Structural Analysis: Perform rigorous calculations and structural analysis to determine load-bearing elements (beams, columns, foundations) to ensure safety against various forces (gravity, wind, seismic activity).Feasibility Studies: Conduct site surveys and evaluate soil, environmental, and spatial conditions to determine if a project is viable.Drafting & Documentation: Produce and review detailed construction documents, blueprints, and specifications using advanced software like Auto CAD. 2D or 3D Compulsory . Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour ,and equipment. Monitor project profitability and control expenditures throughout the life cycle. Mentor, supervise, and provide technical guidance to junior architects and civil engineers. Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor daily work, ensuring construction adheres strictly to approved plans and specifications.
