•  Head on-site activities to ensure construction adheres to drawings, designs, and specifications.

• Prepare daily, weekly or monthly progress schedules and ensure tasks are finished on time.

• Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors & different service providers Plan, supervise, execute & follow-up procurement of materials for works at site.

• Ensure construction materials are high-quality and the site complies with safety standards.

• All kinds of finishing work supervision, manages and plans inventory control, and control of wastage.

• Preparing estimates, checking requisition lists, ensuring quantity & quality, and stock control.

• Prepare Measurement Book & other site-related documentation and check the contractor`s Running bill.

• Overall supervision of project safely, security and quality of all type work.

• Have to take responsibility for solving all the site-related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.
