Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree and (02) Two years of experience from any reputed Organization in Sales / Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Reports to: Sales Manager, General Manger.
∎ Job Location - Mongla, Barishal.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Door to door Sales of HILTI products in Rampal powerplant, Pyra powerplant;
∎ Assist Key Project Manager
∎ Achieve monthly targets (incentives included)
∎ Develop the market
∎ Ensure good customer service
∎ Collection

Additional Requirements:
∎ 02 years of Experience in the Building Construction Material Industry's Sales and Marketing division (similar as HILTI products) is strongly encouraged to apply for the TS post. (This can definitely ensure a higher margin of salary)
∎ Candidate should have a valid Motorcycle driving license; a motorcycle will be given for transportation along with the Fuel cost, maintenance. If a candidate have his/her own Motorcycle then only the fuel and maintenance cost will be given.
∎ Physical requirements: Candidate must have to have a good health condition. A TS is required to be in the Job Site/ Field and if required he/she must have both physical and mental strength to demonstrate the products on the Job site/Field.
∎ Incumbent is required to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, do repetitive tasks with few breaks, and so forth.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
