Technical Skills

  • Equipment (Mandatory Requirements):

  • Proficient in the programming, debugging, maintenance, and repair of FUJI NXT III/X series and AIMEX series placement machines.

  • Proficient in the programming, debugging, maintenance, and repair of Siemens (ASM) X/SX series placement machines.

  • Familiar with the principles and common troubleshooting methods for printers (DEK/MPM), reflow ovens, AOI, SPI, X-Ray, and other peripheral equipment.

  • Process:Proficient in the full process of mobile phone main board manufacturing; familiar with special processes such as POP, Underfill, and module shielding cover soldering.Skilled in using process analysis and optimization tools such as CAM350, GC2000, Minitab, and DOE.Possess strong DFM (Design for Manufacturing) review capabilities to mitigate process risks at the design stage.4. Management AbilitiesExperience managing an engineering team of 5 or more members, with the ability to effectively drive the achievement of equipment efficiency and process quality KPIs.Project management experience; ability to lead initiatives such as line transformation, efficiency improvement, and cost optimization.5. Plus FactorsFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt).Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking to handle customer documentation and foreign client audits.Chinese speaking preferred.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Equipment Management & Maintenance (Focus on FUJI & Siemens)

  • Fully responsible for the management of SMT production lines equipped with FUJI and Siemens (ASM) placement machines, including equipment setup, programming, optimization, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance (TPM). Ensure equipment uptime (≥90%) and component reject rate (≤0.3%) meet targets.

  • Oversee the management of peripheral equipment, including GKG/MPM printers, Rehm/JT reflow ovens, Sinictek/Mingrui AOI, SPI, etc. Establish comprehensive equipment files and maintenance plans.

  • Lead the introduction, acceptance, commissioning, and line setup for new equipment; participate in equipment technical transformation and efficiency improvement projects.

2. Process Optimization (High-Precision Requirements for Mobile Phones)

  • Responsible for the entire process control of mobile phone main boards, focusing on high-precision challenges such as 0.4mm pitch, 01005/0201 components, POP (Package on Package), and module shielding covers.

  • Lead the process review, stencil design, and reflow profile setup for new product introductions (NPI) for mobile phones, ensuring rapid ramp-up and high first-pass yield (≥98%) from trial run to mass production.

  • Utilize tools such as DOE, SPC, and 6Sigma to analyze and resolve typical defects like voids, bridging, cold solder, and tombstoning; issue 8D reports.

3. Team Management & Collaboration

  • Manage the equipment and process engineering teams; develop technical talent and succession plans to enhance team expertise in FUJI/Siemens equipment and mobile phone processes.

  • Collaborate effectively with production, quality, R&D, and customer-facing departments to ensure rapid response and closure of production anomalies.

4. Quality & Systems

  • Comply with ISO9001 and IATF16949 system requirements, ensuring standardization and traceability of equipment parameters, process documentation, and maintenance records.

  • Participate in audits from key customers and drive the implementation of corrective actions.
