Thorough knowledge of product and market dynamics.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead to prepare Yearly and Monthly plan
Lead to prepare monthly training calendar
Communicate and coordinate with customer
Regular Customer Visit
Prepare service proposal, quotation and scheduling of Training and consultancy Service
Develop Trainers Pool
Lead Training co-ordination activities
Deliver Training as a trainer on relevant trainings
Deliver Efficiency Improvement related consultancy offsite and onsite.
