Additional Requirements:
Minimum 3- 6 years sales experience in RMG / TIC industry will be preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans and strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Monitor and follow up on sales activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to customize offerings and identify new opportunities.
Meet the annual revenue budget of the assigned area. Develop and retain business from the assigned customers.
Identify prospects for potential new clients and leverage the customer network.
Market visit on regular basis to maintain close relationships and develop new customers.
Prepare market report and suggest action plan based on competitors` activity.
Coordinate with internal operation departments in achieving customer satisfaction.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and innovation.
Prepare corporate proposal to meet the client`s need Submit weekly market update/progress reports and ensure accuracy of data.
Promote company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities.
Assist team members to meet team objectives.
