Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage, guide, supervise & control of office environment.
∎ Tea Should be made for office staff & all guests.
∎ At noon & evening every office stuff’s food has to be heated & served & Cleaned up.
∎ Maintaining of attendance, leave & duty roster of the staff members.
∎ Ensure safety, security, hygiene, cleanliness & tidiness of the entire premises of the office.
∎ Provide active support in managing & organizing parties & functions at the office.
∎ Ensure proper & regular functioning of the various utility facilities of the office & take prompt remedial action as and when required.
∎ Take care of the welfare & motivation of the staff members to work with a team spirit.
∎ Ensure procurement of different food, beverage & other household items as and when required & make availability of the same at all times.
∎ Preventing theft/loss/Miuse of office equipment/materials.
∎ Any others jobs assigned by the Management from time to time.
