∎ Age should be 25-32 years
∎ Ability to drafting Letter, Memo, Email in English and Bangla
∎ Willing to work late hours
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Practical working experience should be minimum 5 years
∎ Excellent Computer literary is must

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The position is required for accomplishing secretarial tasks with Company Chairman.
∎ Assist to Chairman Secretary to his/her day to day tasks.
∎ Drafting different types of Note, Memo, Office Order, Office Circular etc.
∎ Prepare analytical reports like Financial/Accounting Report, Sales Report etc.
∎ Preparing & Maintaining Chairman’s daily working schedule, tour schedule etc.
∎ Ensuring all appointments and meeting updates.
∎ Maintain daily work schedule and updating important tasks on regular basis.
∎ Manage and maintain the Chairman's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, travel arrangements etc.
∎ Handle confidential information and ensure it is maintained securely.
∎ Maintaining liaison with other departmental Heads.
∎ Drafting various official letters, memo, email, report etc in English and Bangla.
∎ Keeping different kinds of official correspondence on proper manner.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by the authority from time to time
