∎ Professional certificate in Marketing will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Brand marketing, Experience in Airlines sales, Sales forecast, Sales operations.
Job Context:
∎ The US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. (USBA), the premier airlines in the country will hire some self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic people for Marketing & Sales Department to work as Assistant Sales Manager.
∎ Application from eligible candidates who have minimum 4 years sales experience in reputed Multinational Company.
∎ This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for this post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct regular competitive market analysis to ensure that the company is well-positioned against competitors.
∎ Strong tenacity, creativity and positivity.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
∎ Managing forecast and margin targets.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with top management.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
∎ Market analysis for correct strategies development for sales.
∎ Liaison with other departments head to get job done.
∎ To Attend Prospects Call, Answering their Inquiries, and Ensure proper support.
∎ Ensure and maintain proper record keeping of all sales activities.
∎ To participate any other activities when required as part of management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He/she should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
∎ Ability to work under Pressure
