∎ The brand "Arabica Coffee" is marketed by "Nirbhik Commerce & Services Ltd" manufactures high standard 3 in 1 mixed coffee ,and as well as coffee mini pack. We also supply different types of coffee and tea vending machines to serve our valued customer. We are importing most of our raw materials from China India, Dubai and Korea. Currently, we have 12 types of premix Coffee and Tea products & 4 types of coffee vending machines. Our management team consists of experts who are well versed about our products and have years of service experience to ensure best quality and service. It goes without saying that we value our customers the most and try our level best to keep our commitments as a service provider organization. We envisioned that Arabica Coffee will reach the consumer in different parts of our country and our team is working hard to achieve this goal. We have already setup sixty dealer in forty districts. Arabica Coffee started its journey from the beginning of 2019. Now quite a number of employees are working under the brand of Arabica Coffee. We have won factory. ∎ Job Location - Dhaka head office
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote the sales of, instant coffee mini pack, Coffee Premixed, Tea Premixed, Coffee vending Machine and other product and achieve the given sales targets.
∎ Closed Monitoring, Manage and develop dealers in respective areas/districts and take full responsibility for Business development.
∎ Analyze the present market and create a new market
∎ Ability to appoint new dealer.
∎ Well known about Bangladesh district wise.
∎ Sales forecast, sales analysis and find out new sales opportunity.
∎ Weakly two days market visit with dealer and listen customer opinion.
∎ Work as team leader , find out problem and solve.
∎ Always thinking about company to achieve target and newer policy.
∎ Must be able to recruit & train professional TSO & Sales Officer under organizational guidelines.
∎ Must be able to perform all standard professional duties of Sales Manager.
∎ Submitted monthly order form to head office with actual t/a sheet.
∎ Follow-up dealer payment system. Before submit order knowing dealer limit.
∎ Find out newer and newer dealer for vacant places.
∎ Frequently talk with dealer to find their problem and solve.
∎ Report on return on investment and key performance metrics.
∎ Create marketing presentations
∎ Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis for developing and updating database on crop acreage, market size, market share and strength of the companies are working in each territory.
∎ Strongly monitoring TSO, Sales officer, officer target achievement and their daily activity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be expert MS Office.
∎ Who work as a managerial level minimum 7 years.
∎ Work with responsibility and overtime duty.
∎ Who can take challenge for better career encouraged to apply .
