∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ International Business/ Management, or a related field is required; MBA is preferred.

∎ 4–7 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the Facility Management or service industry.
∎ Candidates with strong hands-on experience will be given preference.
∎ Preferred Industry Experience: Facility Management or similar service-driven sectors
∎ Proven experience in B2B and service-based sales.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
∎ Advanced interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
∎ Proficient in business development, competitor analysis, and reporting.
∎ Proactive and self-motivated.
∎ High levels of integrity and professionalism.
∎ Adaptable, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
∎ Strong follow-up and deadline management.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and standard business applications.
∎ Familiarity with facility management systems is an advantage.

∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Facility Management sector, with a strong focus on the local market.
∎ Engage with clients through in-person meetings or virtual presentations to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
∎ Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our services.
∎ Achieve B2B sales objectives through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
∎ Conduct market research and surveys to uncover trends, prospects, and new sales avenues.
∎ Utilize diverse sales tools and techniques, including digital marketing, email campaigns, SMS marketing, and direct sales, to achieve sales goals.
∎ Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
∎ Maintain strong follow-up procedures to track client feedback and evolving requirements.
∎ Coordinate closely with operations and accounts teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and submit detailed sales reports regularly (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
∎ Maintain consistent communication with existing clients while actively pursuing new leads to close deals.
