Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and oversee culturally appropriate awareness campaigns on gender equality, SRHR, and protection.
∎ Supervise and ensure the regular updating of referral pathways.
∎ Conduct training sessions for community volunteers and staff on protection principles, safeguarding, SRHR, GBV, Case management and Psychological First Aid (PFA).
∎ Verify and approve the selection of rightsholders before activities. Ensure Inclusion in rightsholders selection process.
∎ Ensure coordination with service providers for effective case referrals.
∎ Monitor & oversee the works of the case workers under tis project.
∎ Supervise the operation and maintenance of Safe Spaces/Referral Hubs/Women-Friendly Spaces (WFS).
∎ Oversee the implementation of recreational and educational activities for women and girls in safe spaces.
∎ Organize capacity-building sessions on gender equality, survivor-cantered approaches, and referral mechanisms.
∎ Provide training for men and boys on healthy relationships, consent, and gender stereotypes.
∎ Develop session modules related to Gender Based Violence prevention, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Sexually Transmitted Infection, etc.
∎ Prepare and ensure the effective use of IEC and SBCC materials for awareness-raising activities.
∎ Develop and improve training modules for community engagement and capacity-building activities.
∎ Ensure the safeguarding of staff and project rightsholders from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation.
∎ Promote a gender-friendly and safe working environment.
∎ Observe and monitor the implementation of safeguarding standards in project areas.
∎ Supervise and support female volunteers and persons with disabilities.
∎ Mentor and guide volunteers to enhance performance and accountability.
∎ Identify volunteer learning and development needs and coordinate with management to address gaps.
∎ Provide capacity-building training to volunteers.

∎ Ensure the Complaint and Feedback Response Mechanism (CFRM) is active and regularly monitored.
∎ Manage complaints and queries from various agencies.
∎ Supervise surveys such as KAP, Demographic, baseline, and endline gender analysis.
∎ Supervise the payment process for volunteers and casual laborers.
∎ Ensure the financial management of cash distributions and event-related expenses.
∎ Oversee financial documentation, including bills, vouchers, PRs, money requisitions, and cash advances.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and reporting of activities, training, and awareness campaigns.
∎ Submit quality progress reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to project management.
∎ Submit monthly safeguarding reports to the Country Safeguarding focal point.
∎ Document and disseminate referral records.
∎ Prepare and submit meeting and training reports to the finance department.
∎ Document significant case stories and lessons learned from the field.
∎ Participate in seasonal programs (Ramadan, Qurbani, Winterization, etc.
∎ Take initiatives to ensure the security of project staff and participants.
