Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and coordinate the operation of the adolescent and youth centre.
∎ Assist Deputy Project Manager to ensure project activity management is strengthened.
∎ Recruit, train volunteer and update report of the volunteer in the respective zone of responsibility.
∎ Provide technical and managerial supervision to the volunteer including giving guidance, advice on their work, maintain attendance record and monitor and evaluate their performance.
∎ Prepare weekly, bi-weekly report and monthly as well for partner and sectoral use of HCMP-BRAC.
∎ Ensure accurate data collection, analysis and interpretations as well as preparing M&E reports.
∎ Document project experiences, good practices, case studies, and disseminate properly.
∎ Ensure project activities, specifically awareness sessions, are implemented in a high-quality manner.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
∎ Demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work.
∎ Ability to motivate volunteers in a challenging protection environment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and training skills.
