Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving & recording complaints and feedback from the rightsholders/ FDMNs regarding their entitlements under GFA project.
∎ Maintaining CFM channel (Submission and response collection) in coordination with the donor- WFP.
∎ Ensure registering regular complaints and Feedback
∎ Assist beneficiaries in solving problems in the distribution center.
∎ Ensuring the entitlement to the complainants as per WFP response against the relevant complaint.
∎ Support finalizing the project participant by ensuring endorsement and validation from relevant authorities
∎ Daily CFM report submission to WFP and MEAL Officer
∎ Organize pre and post-distribution meetings with stakeholders.
∎ Organize pre- and post-distribution meetings with retailers, volunteers, & other stakeholders for the smooth operation of the FFM and e-voucher outlets.
∎ Data collection through online software like Kobo Toolbox, ODK for PDM and other studies in the project.
∎ Monthly reporting on the status of complaints and feedback, and response (from WFP).
∎ Monthly reporting on Dummy Card bills and retailer’s payments (for Fresh Food Market).
∎ Organise awareness sessions in connection with project objectives and goals
∎ Issue token after receiving complaints
∎ Dummy token issue and support to field staff for mobilization
∎ Support to outlet-level Crowd management
∎ Effective communication with Majhi, SMS and protection sector for appropriate ensure through CFRM at the FDMN community in Bhasanchar.
∎ Involve Majhi, SMS volunteers and government representatives in the implementation of the project.
∎ Liaison & Networking with different stakeholders for referral
∎ Collect data, analyze and prepare report
∎ Regular monitoring of the outlet and FFM activities and conduct onsite monitoring, exit monitoring, and food safety and quality monitoring.
∎ Monitor project activities and identify areas for improvement on CFRM from the field.
∎ Maintain the stock book, inventory and other essential registers properly and timely in an effective manner.
∎ Support in the procurement of materials like requisition, follow-up, etc.
