Job Context:
∎ Islamic Relief provides lifesaving humanitarian assistance to the FDMNs as they lack access to the basic needs of life. Since the beginning of the influx, Islamic Relief has been working with Bangladesh Government and other implementing partners to support FDMNs living in Cox`s Bazar. We ensure food and non- food items for FDMNs living in Bhashanchar. We improve the safety and well- being of FDMNs by
∎ Providing monthly food ration
∎ Providing water and sanitation
∎ Constructing wash blocks
∎ Installing tube-wells
∎ Distributing Ramadan food packs, Eid gifts, and Qurbani meat
∎ Providing non-food items like LPG, hygiene kits, and winter clothes to the families both in Cox`s Bazar and Bhashan Char. This position will be based in Bhasanchar.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the listing of the project participant according to the IR Principle and guideline-30%
∎ Support to survey to prepare project participant list
∎ Prepare Project participant list
∎ Support finalizing the project participant by ensuring endorsement and validation from relevant authorities
∎ Ensure registering regular complaints and Feedback
∎ Daily CFM report submission to WFP and MEAL Officer
∎ Assist beneficiaries in solving the problem in the distribution center
∎ Implementation Project interventions-20%
∎ Manage and organize General Food Assistance participants
∎ Organize pre and post-distribution meetings with stakeholders
∎ Support to prepare distribution place
∎ Ensure logistics for food distribution
∎ Prepare card and muster roll of distribution
∎ Support to the distribution of relief materials at Bhasanchar
∎ Mobilize the FDMN community-20%
∎ Conduct awareness sessions in connection with project objectives and goals
∎ Crowd management
∎ Collect complaints and feedback from FDMN HHs
∎ Do effective and appropriate networking and coordination with different stakeholders-10%
∎ Effective communication with Majhi at the FDMN community in Bhasanchar
∎ Involve Majhi and government representatives in the implementation of the project
∎ Networking with different stakeholders
∎ Monitoring & Evaluation-10%
∎ Collect data and analyze
∎ Conduct field visits and prepare to visit reports with the recommendation
∎ Monitor project activities and identify areas for improvement
∎ Analyze the progress of children well - being data collected from the field

∎ Participate & involve with seasonal programs (Ramadan, Qurbani, Winterization, etc.) activities.
∎ Ensure that local purchases and expenditures are done as per Islamic Relief Bangladesh policy.
∎ Maintain the stock book, inventory, and other essential registers properly and timely in an effective manner.
∎ Support in the procurement of materials like requisition, follow-up, etc.
∎ Take initiatives to ensure the security of project staff and participants during the intervention.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, exploitation, Fraud, Bribery & Money Laundering to achieve the program's goals of safeguarding implementation and as well as Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on the safeguarding of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, Fraud, Bribery & Money Laundering for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Being a member of Islamic Relief as a child-friendly organization, it is the core responsibility and obligation of each staff member to understand and obey IR Child Protection & PSEA Policy and respond accordingly as and when required.
∎ Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Additional Requirements:
