Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and issue food items with maintaining proper records in professional manner as well as maintain inventory and delivery sheet separately.
∎ Ensure proper distribution of food items like safe received, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch and maintain register as per P.O sheet.
∎ Maintain store ledger and keep it update all time as well as assist Project Officer for preparing weekly, monthly and yearly distribution statement.
∎ Issue food items against approved SR.
∎ Maintain close relationship with WFP Warehouse for effective and efficient logistics support and distribution of food items.
∎ Maintain close relationship and contact with relevant managements and support units specially Procurement, Finance, Admin, Logistics within organization and try to assist them as maximum as possible.
∎ Ensure smooth distribution and update Project Officer of any relevant issue.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Minimum 1 year of working experience with logistics and warehouse management or food distribution.
∎ Have Ability to use computers and have knowledge of MS Office, Excels.
∎ Have ability on data processing of the inventory in the computer.
∎ Have willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
