Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effective Project operations/implementation-80%
∎ Support to plan, design, and deliver project activities in accordance with the project implementation plans
∎ Selection of beneficiaries, and skill capacity analysis of the beneficiary.
∎ Support to arrange group development training on leadership, savings and financial management, linkage development.
∎ Organizing the training session in different categories on potentials vocational trade based on the business plan.
∎ Providing technical support and coordination for asset/cash transfer, procurement of different project material following IRB policy.
∎ Support to develop awareness material and ensure awareness sessions according to the plan.
∎ Carrying out group-based and community-based awareness sessions on different social issues.
∎ Arranging different meetings with different stakeholders, service providers, and duty bearers.
∎ Preparation of project event report and documentation of the project
∎ Support Tracking the progress of project activities
∎ Support Preparing progress reports (quantitative and qualitative) regular basis
∎ Coordination and communication with project stakeholders, GOs, NGOs, Private Sectors, CBOs, Service Providers and IRCO
∎ Building network with different duty bearers and rights holders.
∎ Assist in preparing all documents and forms necessary for the agreement process with vocational institutions to successfully implement the beneficiary training process.
∎ Facilitating approval process of projects documents.
∎ Staff development & management (10%)
∎ Manage administration and personnel of project.
∎ Carry out staff development and performance appraisal.
∎ Supporting team members by encouraging and praising good performance, coaching, assisting staff to prevent or resolve problems.
∎ Other Requirement-10%
∎ Maintain admin related all activities
∎ Maintaining and supporting procurement related function and process
∎ Undertaking record-keeping system/documentation in line with IRB record management guidelines.
∎ Regular Financial Monitoring and transition to ensure value for money.
∎ Facilitating external/internal audit;
∎ Willing and able to travel frequently for extended periods and to remote areas of the projects.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, exploitation, Fraud, Bribery & Money Laundering to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation and as well as Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on the safeguarding of harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, Fraud, Bribery & Money Laundering for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Participate seasonal (Ramadan & Qurbani) & emergency response programs if require.
∎ Being a member of Islamic Relief as a child-friendly organization, it is the core responsibility and obligation of each staff member to understand and obey IR Child Protection & PSEA Policy and respond accordingly as and when required.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in working with Urban livelihoods (E.g income-generating activities, small enterprises, vocational training), Social Mobilization functions, Stranded Community & Writing quality reports
∎ Must have expertise in Local language (Urdu)
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint/Adobe Photoshop/ Basic Internet/ etc.
∎ Excellent Reading/Writing/Speaking/Listening skills for English & Bengali
