Job Title: Assistant Project Manager, Responsible to: Project Manager
Job Location: Ukhiya, Cox's Bazar
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist the Project Manager in implementation and monitoring;
- To support in Project management, developing the work plan, prepare and review budget, follow-up and monitoring the project implementation process
- To assist with report preparation and budget tracking; help supervise field staff;
- To coordinate logistics and procurement;
- To maintain project documentation and databases;
- To support stakeholder communication and represent the PM when required;
- To assist with inventory and routine M&E tasks.
- To ensure timely, effective implementation and delivery of project activities as per the project work plan by ensuring quality and set strategies and guidelines.
- Monitoring the project activities as per the work plan and ensuring Inventory management.
- Provide need-based support, in problem-solving, technical input, and advice as well as planning, executing, and monitoring of the project activities.
- Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the project work and performance of staff and take concrete steps to improve job performance.
- Provide positive feedback on staff performance and project activities when appropriate.
