Education:
Bachelor or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent in a relevant field.

Additional Requirements:
A minimum of 2-3 experience in construction activities or relevant field.
Working experience in Rohingya Refugee camps (Ukhiya/Teknaf).
Working knowledge of NGOs or INGOs.
Working knowledge of humanitarian civil engineering works.
Staff and volunteer management and community development skills, including participatory community assessment and planning techniques.
Chittagonian language skills will add value·
Professional level in MS Office package.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, KOBO, ODK, or other related software
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare BOQ for all construction work (e.g cash for work activities, rooftop rainwater harvesting structure).
Develop a design for the selected construction works.
Day-to-day activity monitoring of ongoing construction sites.
Provide the status of completed CFW works and hand them over to project staff.
Coordinate with partner staff if required.
