∎ Retired Veterinary Surgeon from Bangladesh Army (Not below the Rank of a Major).

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in caring for cattle and performs lay-veterinary duties on cattle farm: Assigns workers to tasks, such as feeding cattle, cleaning, barns, equipment and assisting with health care.
∎ Inspects sheds for cleanliness and maintenance and instructs workers for actions required to ensure compliance with established standards.
∎ Studies feed and growth records to determine feed formula required to produce maximum yield and notifies workers for diet changes.
∎ Studies genetic and health records to develop schedules for activities such as vaccination and medication to cattle.
∎ Examines cattle for evidence of illness & injuries, treats illness & injuries and engages veterinarian for serious illness.
∎ Ensures safety and security of the farm with the help of security personnel.
∎ Pursue on time delivery of materials required for the farm and maintains record of the same diligently.
∎ Collect various data on the basis of farms and make a report on FCR (Feed conversion ratio), feed intake, bodyweight, production percentage, mortality, etc.
∎ To solve the farm related problems on daily basis.
∎ To provide Report to management daily, weekly & monthly basis and perform any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
