∎ To provide practical and effective coordination of services to the Users and Home Care Assistants, arrange and provide training and within the geographical patch of the country. It thrives to ensure that services provided are as per contractual agreements and acceptable to service users, meet quality standards of CQC within resources available and engage into recruit quality staff from the local community. However, this is not a project-based organisation rather a permanent position to work a long period of time.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be accountable to the Project Co-ordinator for day to day performance for achieving agreed service outcomes, outputs and personal appraisal targets, as determined by the committee in Bangladesh.
∎ To assist support the Care Management Team in all day to day paper works and correspondences from the service user and other parties involved in the service settings. Key responsibilities include attending Review & Safeguarding/protection meetings, Case Conferences, Accident reporting, Health and Safety issues, Attend Care and Core Staff Meetings to help the organisation manage a pool of Community Home Care Assistants in a way that is consistent with and achieves the objectives of the SWBF agenda by coordinating everyday field supervision, training and development needs, assessment and appraisal.
∎ To undertake any other duties within the competence of the post holder under the direction of the ED, HOB & PC i.e., producing quarterly newsletter or as may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the service.
∎ To undertake all duties in line with the organisation's policies and procedures (e.g., Health and Safety, complaints, Equal Opportunities)
∎ To help coordinate and be pro-active to ensure effective implementation of the organisation's Code of Conduct and Frameworks, including Sickness Absence, Disciplinary and Grievance to support PC & HOB.
∎ To assist in all aspects of staff recruitment (locate potential staff from Bangladeshi arrange interviews etc.) and help to appoint them by the HOB.
∎ To accompany Supervisor (s) & Assistant Supervisor (s) for any job this may involve cultural implication (Risk assessment, home visit, review meetings, monitoring, evaluation etc.)
∎ To help and assist written reports and statistical data as required on a timely basis and provide written reports on crisis intervention and management.
∎ To ensure consistent standards of confidentiality of information are upheld.
∎ To undertake training as identified to enable the post holder to carry out the duties of the post.
∎ To maintain a computer database daily to keep service up-to-date and knowledge of creative design.
∎ To cooperate among the service, finance and administration team simultaneously.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Depending on experience

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Medical allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ Salary review will be 3 yearly.
