∎ Age at most 50 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Assistant Production Manager of Sewing section will responsible for the smooth running of company's production and operations.Should be able to handle production most efficiently with planning and optimum quality.
∎ Capable of efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Should have knowledge of modern machinery and equipment. Should have sound knowledge of production quality.
∎ Follow up and make sure the availability of required machines, attachments and manpower on time as style feeding plan.
∎ Develop efficient strategies that reduce production costs where possible Regular reporting of production to the senior management to strategic future plans.
∎ Should have to maintain a good communication with Production department for improving their working procedures.
∎ Should have to able to ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Should have to able to ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
∎ Should have to able to evaluate and assess weekly machine & manpower requirement to help achieve daily planed target.
∎ Should have to perform other production related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
