• Oversee the maintenance and utility operations of the Non-Woven Bag production plant.

• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and components across the factory to identify hazards, defects, or necessary repairs.

• Supervise and monitor the installation, commissioning, and repair of production machinery and related equipment.

• Develop and implement operation and maintenance policies, procedures, and manuals.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to ensure timely resolution and minimize machine downtime.

• Monitor and manage electrical operations within production lines to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of machine maintenance, reports, and performance data.

• Control and track the use of hand tools, spare parts, and other maintenance-related inventory.

• Coordinate with production and utility teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management related to plant engineering and maintenance.
