Responsibilities & Context:
Fault identification and troubleshooting of Engine and their auxiliary systems, Alternator, Boiler and Turbine and their auxiliary systems, FTP, WTP and ensure plant smooth operation.
Fault identification and troubleshooting of instrumentation and Control system equipment like PLC and its I/O`s, SCADA, Sensors, I/P converter, Transducer, Transmitter, TC, 3-way valve, MOVS. Pneumatic Actuator, Solenoid Valve. Level Switch, Pressure switch, Speed, Temperature, Flow. Level sensor, VFD, etc.
Tracking all equipment`s running hours and according to OEM instruction perform schedule maintenance to keep all equipment`s healthy.
Check the control systems for proper operations before starting the engine.
Maintain close contact with reporting superior time to time even after office hour over tele phone/online, if required.
Perform preventive maintenance of plant electrical system and ensure proper housekeeping to keep the equipment`s healthy and reduce system faults.
Supervising technical staff.
Perform any other responsibility assigned by the reporting supervisor.
