• Actively coordinating inventory movement, timely requisitions, and periodical spare parts health checkups.
• Overall planning of printing jobs of new/ received/ scheduled orders of customers on narrow webs, coordination functions among sections production metal packing daily.
• Attending customer feedback, and complaints and devising optimum solutions for better customer service.
• Assist Management in developing new products with an emphasis on ensuring business viability from a production point of view.
• Wastage reduction.
• Supervising technical staff.
• Work closely with production, quality, and other departments to align maintenance activities with overall operational goals and minimize machine downtime.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Any other relevant task assigned by department head.
