∎ Diploma In pastry & Bakery

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares baked goods following established recipes and procedures and maintains a high quality and consistent product
∎ Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
∎ Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
∎ Understands and communicates all store promotions to customers
∎ Monitors product levels and re-stocks as required, rotating goods to reduce shrinkage
∎ Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner
∎ Performs other duties as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
∎ Excellent customer service focus
∎ Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
∎ Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
