∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field is preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow-up depot & dealer-wise undelivered and communicate with the depot.
∎ Analyze depot physical stocks, short/excess inventory and take necessary actions.
∎ Find out slow and nonmoving items and give appropriate disposal.
∎ Arrange & monitor special delivery.
∎ To identify delivery-related problems like small DO, unloading delays by the party, wrong DO, receipt by the dealers, etc.
∎ Coordinate with sales and work as per feedback.
∎ Preparation of reports as asked by management.
∎ Give necessary disposal of distributors' returns & various damages.
∎ Visit to Party.
∎ Supervise depot racking/stocking and compliance with the FIFO method.
∎ Ensure compliance with all policies and guidelines.
∎ Check emails & SMSs and reply.
∎ A/C statement Up to Date.
∎ Stock maintain with ERP & Excel.
∎ Reconciliation of all issues & receive.
