Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Diploma in Fisheries or HSC (must have science background) with minimum CGPA 2.00/ 2nd division or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare pond for fish stocking and rearing
∎ Feed the fishes following the standard feeding procedures
∎ Nurture brood fishes, distinguish their sex, and select the right candidates for breeding
∎ Perform the fish breeding activities to produce fish spawn/fry
∎ Nurture the produced spawn to make them ready for sale
∎ Perform the grading, counting, conditioning and packaging activities for smooth delivery of the spawn/fry
∎ Supervise the daily tasks of production workers and ensure their job acomplishments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in relevant sector is preferable
∎ Must have Sound knowledge in fisheries science, basic commercial awreness
∎ Must be skilled in computer application, particularly in MS word, Excel, Power point and Internet browsing
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, Production Planning, Customer Focus
Salary: Tk. 17000 (Monthly)
