Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidates must have HSC, Diploma (Diploma in Fisheries/ Agriculture or equivalent) with minimum 2nd class or equivalent CGPA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare pond for breeding and food fish production
∎ Feed on timely and properly as per provided chart
∎ Help to sales unit for smooth selling
∎ Distinguish of male and female brood, nursing and make ready for breeding
∎ Ensure quality seed production through induced breeding and target achievement
∎ Fry conditioning, packaging, counting and selling
∎ Supervise the hatchery related production assistant, worker and daily labor
∎ Do any specific assignment assigned by higher authority
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

∎ Knowledge on documentation in register properly as per provided formats
∎ Knowledge on time management
∎ Must have skill to work under pressure
