Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have Diploma in Agriculture or Graduate in any discipline with minimum GPA or CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly involve supervision of Seed Grading, Treatment, Drying, Packing and all Processing related work.
∎ To Supervise all Agro products processing work properly.
∎ To Maintain work quality as per standard operation procedure (SOP).
∎ To Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process.
∎ To improve Productivity by manage worker through coaching and motivating, giving feedback.
∎ Assist to prepare daily necessary processing report.
∎ To prepare wages bill timely.
∎ To control worker in out timely and maintain discipline on work.
∎ Update all processing related register and documents timely.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ To Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in same sector will be given preference
∎ Must have Knowledge about seed processing work
∎ Must have the skill of Technical, Team Management, Communication & Problem solving skill
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure
