Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and schedule shipments of finished goods.
∎ Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
∎ Track and report transportation status to relevant stakeholders.
∎ Make delivery with VAT challan based on weight scale copy.
∎ Ensure DO wise delivery from one ship point/another/end user.
∎ Receiving challan posting in iBos on a regular basis.
∎ Supervise loading/unloading activities to ensure the right quantity as per requirement.
∎ Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, and transportation documents.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in logistics operations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions.
∎ Communicate with the sales team to align distribution schedules with customer demand.
∎ Resolve issues related to delivery delays or product quality concerns.
∎ Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timelines and cost per shipment.
