Having a basic understanding of Windows & Linux OS, and file systems.
Working knowledge of shell scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide technical services and support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity.
Provide technical assistance and support to end-users remotely via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
Install and configure hardware, software, and network devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV hardware and software as required.
Perform network device configuration, maintenance, and firmware updates.
Apply operating system updates, security patches, and configuration changes.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues without onsite visits
Maintain user satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
Monitor and analyze network performance using tools like OpManager, AppManager, NetFlow, and Cacti.
Manage and update support tickets in the IT ticketing system accurately and timely.
Manage scheduled backups of system and network configurations, both online and offline.
Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment to ensure safety and security.
Collaborate with other IT teams during system maintenance, upgrades, and project deployments.
