Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering

• MTCNA, CCNA, MCSA certification will be preferable. 

• At least 2 years

• Age 24 to 32 years

• Having a basic understanding of Windows & Linux OS, and file systems. 

• Working knowledge of shell scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).

• Provide technical services and support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity.

• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users remotely via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.

• Install and configure hardware, software, and network devices.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV hardware and software as required.

• Perform network device configuration, maintenance, and firmware updates.

• Apply operating system updates, security patches, and configuration changes.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues without onsite visits

• Maintain user satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.

• Monitor and analyze network performance using tools like OpManager, AppManager, NetFlow, and Cacti.

• Manage and update support tickets in the IT ticketing system accurately and timely.

• Manage scheduled backups of system and network configurations, both online and offline.

• Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment to ensure safety and security.

• Collaborate with other IT teams during system maintenance, upgrades, and project deployments.
