Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for mainly managing different types of operational and front desk related functions which include receiving and dispatching of office documents / files/ cheques and keeping records of those documents, handling visitors & providing them proper customer services etc. which to be discharged at the information desk.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates ideally have similar experience of 1 - 2 years with any reputed Company will be given preferance.
∎ Pleasant personality and well mannered.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and customer friendly.
∎ Good in English.
∎ Basic computer operating knowledge.
